4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users acknowledge that:

  • Patient safety and care quality remain the provider's responsibility
  • Our tools are not intended for emergency or life-critical decisions

  • They will follow institutional policies and procedures

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice. We may immediately suspend access if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Illegal or harmful activities are detected
  • Required to comply with legal orders

12. Updates and Changes
